The Winery is located in Kapa'a Quarry Industrial Complex. Entrance 3, Building 31, Suite 5. Take a left when you see Tradition Coffee Roasters and we will be on the left towards the end. We are large enough to handle parties of up to 30 people comfortably, so bring your friends and family for any occasion such as weddings and special events. We offer a small, specialized food menu. Guests are also encouraged to bring outside food and drink, (No other brands of wine, please.) OENO Winery is pet friendly, so please feel free to bring along your much loved Fur Babies.

Junji "Tomi San" Tomimoto

General Manager

Born in Awajishima, Japan, Tomi-san lived and worked in Kyoto for over 20 years before moving to Hawaiʻi in 2024 to help care for OENO Winery on Oʻahu. While his wife and son remain in Japan for now, Tomi-san has embraced island life and especially enjoys Hawaiʻi's incredible surf.

Tomi-san's goal is to make every visitor feel truly special by blending the warmth of aloha with the heartfelt hospitality of Japanese omotenashi. Whether you're joining us for a wine tasting or simply exploring our selection, he looks forward to personally welcoming you and creating a memorable experience. Mahalo for supporting OENO Winery.

Cornelius "Chris" Vanderkolk

Store Manager

Multifaceted individual residing in the country side of Kahaluu. With a passion deeply rooted in agriculture, he tends to his cacao orchards, embodying the artistry of cultivating some of the finest cocoa beans in the region. Beyond his agricultural pursuits, Cornelius is a licensed real estate agent, committed to serving his community by assisting them in finding their dream homes.

In addition to his roles in agriculture and real estate, Cornelius finds joy in the world of wine. He is actively involved in the operations of OENO Winery, where he thrives on being hands-on in the crafting of exquisite wines through the production processes.

Isabelle "Izzy" Gomes

Event Coordinator/ Media Specialist

Izzy is a Hawaiʻi native, born and raised on the island of Maui, who now proudly calls Kailua, Oʻahu, home. Growing up in the islands gave her a deep appreciation for Hawaiʻi's culture, community, and creative spirit.

She earned an Associate in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Art and has aspirations of becoming a tattoo artist. Her passion for creativity and design led her to her role as OENO Winery's Event Coordinator and Social Media Specialist. At OENO Winery, Izzy works to plan memorable events, manages the winery's social media presence, and enjoys sharing the unique story and experiences that make OENO special. Her creativity, attention to detail, and aloha spirit help create lasting connections with every guest.

Thomas "Tom" Gosselin

Production Specialist/ Customer Service Rep

Originally from the East Coast, Tom now proudly calls Oʻahu home. An outdoor enthusiast with a passion for great food and exceptional wine, he enjoys embracing all that island life has to offer.

With a creative background in music, art, and photography, Tom brings a unique perspective to everything he does. When he's not at OENO Winery, he operates a photo booth company with his partner, helping create memorable experiences for celebrations across the island. His friendly personality and creative spirit make him a valued member of the OENO team.

Andres "Lalo" Esparza

Customer Service Specialist/ Winemaker

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Lalo now proudly calls Kailua, Hawaii, home. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the military, a journey that brought him to Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) in 2021. It was during his time on Oahu that he developed a deep appreciation for the islands, embracing the local culture, close-knit community, and natural beauty that ultimately inspired him to make Hawaii his permanent home. Lalo brings a strong work ethic, dedication, and genuine passion for hospitality to Oeno Winery, where he enjoys creating memorable experiences and sharing the welcoming spirit of Hawaii with every guest.
